I found the book at Amazon, and was pretty shocked that they had it. In fairness to them, their editorial review of the book points out that the book is basically poorly crafted defensive hogwash attempting to justify its targeted audience's behavior.
Re: Litigation and boycotts to pressure Amazon. Use your energy in more positive ways. I STRONGLY recommend donating money to your local childrens' advocacy center. Call your local prosecutor's office. They should be able to refer you to a center that provides "forensic interviewing" of children who have made an outcry of sexual abuse.
Forensic interviewers are genrally Licensed Clinical Social Workers who speciallize in non-leading interviews of children, so that they can get as much information as possible from children detailing their abuse, without putting words in the childrens' mouths. The interviews are videotaped, then introduced as evidence in court if the forensic interviewer determines sex abuse has taken place.
Children's advocacy centers generally offer counseling to abused kids as well, and sometimes medical examinations, too.
These are not "witch-hunt" institutions, but non-profit centers designed to determine if abuse took place and then assist in gathering information about the abuse. The experts at the center normally testify in court as well, to explain childrens' behaviors, the process of disclosure, and other relevant facts about child sexual abuse so that jurors will understand why kids recant, minimize, or contradict themselves in disclosing their abuse.
The child advocacy center in the Atlanta area is the Georgia Center for Children. It has offices in Fulton and Dekalb counties (the two largest Atlanta counties).
Call your local prosecutor's office today to find out how you can help. You will truly be doing God's work.

this thread seems relevant - it contains the following quote from JS Mill:

In the case of any person whose judgment is really deserving of confidence, how has it become so? Because he has kept his mind open to criticism of his opinions and conduct. Because it has been his practice to listen to all that could be said against him; to profit by as much of it as was just, and expound to himself, and upon occasion to others, the fallacy of what was fallacious. Because he has felt, that the only way in which a human being can make some approach to knowing the whole of a subject, is by hearing what can be said about it by persons of every variety of opinion, and studying all modes in which it can be looked at by every character of mind. No wise man ever acquired his wisdom in any mode but this; nor is it in the nature of human intellect to become wise in any other manner. The steady habit of correcting and completing his own opinion by collating it with those of others, so far from causing doubt and hesitation in carrying it into practice, is the only stable foundation for a just reliance on it: for, being cognisant of all that can, at least obviously, be said against him, and having taken up his position against all gainsayers—knowing that he has sought for objections and difficulties, instead of avoiding them, and has shut out no light which can be thrown upon the subject from any quarter—he has a right to think his judgment better than that of any person, or any multitude, who have not gone through a similar process.
and one more for good measure

The peculiar evil of silencing the expression of an opinion is, that it is robbing the human race; posterity as well as the existing generation; those who dissent from the opinion, still more than those who hold it. If the opinion is right, they are deprived of the opportunity of exchanging error for truth: if wrong, they lose, what is almost as great a benefit, the clearer perception and livelier impression of truth, produced by its collision with error.
