It's totally awesome how polls matter when they are good for His Blessedness Lord High King Trump!

A majority of Americans praised President Donald Trump’s inauguration speech, according to a Morning Consult/National Tracking Poll.

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!

Poll is rigged!

Majority, indeed!
-------

From the article:

Overall positive reactions: 49% of respondents thought the speech was good or excellent, compared to 39% who found it only fair or poor. Additionally, 55% of voters thought it was better than they expected it to be.

Yes! It's rigged. He'd have no lower than a 75% worship rate.

Canonization will be soon per Executive Order. Then he will forever be known as Saint Donald.

Favorability Jumps Seven Points

HA HA HA HA HA HA!!

I missed this the first time.

From the article:
Forty-nine percent view him favorably, while 44 percent view him unfavorably. Prior to the speech, only 46 percent viewed him favorably, and 48 percent viewed him unfavorably.

49 minus 46 = 3

"Favorability jumped 7 points!"

Alt-Facts!

Good ol' Breitbart News. The former editor is now Trump's right hand man in the White House.

(BTW, if you click on the link to the article there is a pop-up ad for a "Build the Wall" tee-shirt.) Sweet!

That's happening a lot lately. I put it down to you being in too big a hurry to get in that first hateful post.. You want to be the first of the haters to get in his licks.

He who licks second gets slobbery tongue.

You just can't help yourself. Haters gotta hate.

BTW, the 7 point swing is there. More proof your hate has clouded your eyes as well as your judgement.

I ask again, what is hateful about pointing out inaccuracies?

Favorability did not "jump seven points". Favorability went up three points.

It could have been stated a lot better, but is a total swing of seven. The positive rating went up by three, but the negative rating went down by four. So it's like 3- (-4) = 7.

Over the long term, I doubt it will ever get much over sixty unless there is a major event and Trump is perceived to step up as a leader and it will never get much under forty despite the MSM's inevitable quest for GWBish numbers since they have lost control over the narrative. Really, this number only matters if Trump is still around in 2020, and Obama and GWB won re-election when their numbers were in the forties.

It's FakeNews.

Total swing might be seven but change in favorable rating is only three.

Since the favorable and unfavorable numbers don't add up to 100, there must be at least one more category we're not told about where some of these people are coming/going. Maybe that third category is "Neither Favorable or Unfavorable".

Bottom line is that his favorable rating only went up three points.

The term fake news has become a pejorative for whatever someone doesn't like instead of simply being a story completely unfounded. This is why words lose their meaning. Using the term this way is in fact "fake news". it is completely incorrect.
