I have seen on other sites commenters saying that they are athiest or agnostic feeling a pull towards Christ. When evil starts getting right in their face, they may see the decision before them.

Bible Thumpin n Gun Totin

how comes you use the name "Gun Totin", which Websters dictionary says, "carrying and using a gun usually for criminal purposes"?
Around here to "tote" something merely means to carry it. I.E "Tote that [hay] bale right yonder".

So it just means I'm carrying a firearm and a Bible.

Plus a chainsaw, emergency lights and my fire department bunker gear in my go-bag in case I get a call ;).

It’s neutral, though in America more likely aimed at self-defense.

I know this was answered but here's a bit more info from your own side:

Collins says:

gun-toting in American English
carrying a gun, esp. a pistol

gun-toting in British English
(of a person, esp a criminal) carrying a gun

Cambridge Dictionary offers these two examples under “toting”:

The building was surrounded with bodyguards toting sub-machine guns.

Gun-toting security men were posted at all the entrances.

thanks, I cannot understand the need for Christians to carry a gun in the first place? We don't do so here in England, and I will never do so, even with violent crime rising.

Yes, there is such an opinion. I happen to nearly totally disagree with it. Wielding guns "in the Name of Christ" to "defend the Gospel" would be the exception.

But I totally disagree that Christians are somehow obligated to leave the moral standards and fortitude of society entirely in the hands of anti-Christians, especially when it comes to violent crime. In my estimation, that is the exact opposite of "doing unto others as…" and "loving your neighbor as…."

Though it doesn't obviously start there, the opinion you suggest becomes a cruel twist that eventually gives rise to lawless dictators and brutal cartels. However, disabusing those who doggedly espouse it is beyond my skills, so I'll just have to leave you to it.
