What did any of these people have to do with the Albigenisans of Southern France?
They are used to exentuate my point that we can determine a lot about a group of people from the writings of their enemies such as the Trojans from the writings of the Greeks, Or the Carthaginians from the writings of the Romans, or the Philistines from the writings of the Hebrews, or the Christians from the writings of the Roman government officials. So is the case with the Cathars, Albigensians from Roman Catholic writers.

But all that really doesn't matter. The fact that their theology was a bit aberrant in your eyes or the RCC's eyes gave them (and you blessing apparently) perfect justification for a complete massacre. They are no different than many of the Muslims today:
BAUCHI, NIGERIA (Worthy News)– Up to 15 people were killed and scores injured when a suicide bomber drove a car packed with explosives into an evangelical church in northern Nigeria Sunday, June 3, an evangelist and reporter told Worthy News.

No group has taken responsibility for the attack, but the militant Islamist group Boko Haram has targeted Nigerian churches in the past.
The group, whose name means "Western education is a sin" in the Hausa language of Nigeria's Muslim north, aims to establish a state based on Sharia, or Islamic law, also demanded that Christians leave the northern region.
It has been blamed for over 500 people this year alone, including the Christmas Day bombings of Nigerian churches that killed more than 30 people.

This news item was over-shadowed by the Nigerian plane carrying 150 passengers that crashed into Laos during the same day. But then the media does not usually report on "Muslim persecuting Christians" news. It didn't record a lot of accurate data on the persecution of the Albigenses either for obvious reasons. Like the Muslims they justified it. They were "heretics." The action was therefore justified. What difference is there between Islam and the RCC when it comes to the propagation of their faith. They both use the sword.

Two things you've shown a lack of knowledge on. 1) The Catholic Church did not kill the Albegensians. They were killed by French authorities. It was the Catholic Church that provided due process in their legal proceedings. But they were condemned and executed by French courts. and 2) Catholics are dieing in Nigeria as well as protestant groups. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-africa-17331707 Both groups of christians are being killed by muslims.

It is common knowledge that Pope Innocent III ordered the crusade against the Albigenses. Any encyclopedia will show you that. Please look in a non-Catholic one.

As for the situation in Nigeria, it was Agnus-dei who pointed out that the majority of the "Christian" part of Nigeria was Anglican. I was referring to Christendom in general. However the church attacked in particular was a protestant church. It goes without saying that if they are trying to rid the area of all Christians they are not going to discriminate what kind of "Christian" you are. That is a given.
