I'm not willing to compromise any of my views on Christ and the gospel either, but I would more that likely never use a Chick tract to witness to someone. I, more often than not, use the "God loves you personally and wants a relationship with you" approach.Originally posted by standingfirminChrist:

I don't care for Chick tracts. They scared me as a young child and new Christian. I do not believe that when judgement day comes that all of our sins are going to be projected on a movie screen and that we will all sit back and watch.
He has some figurative ideas that, because of cartoonish nature of the tract, come across as literal.
His characters are drawn stereotypically. People going to hell are ugly and mean looking....etc.
To say that I am not a fan of his is putting it mildly. And I will leave it at that. Mild.
