Trump appointed her to the 11th circuit.
He's just saying she's against the communist regime in Cuba.
I am not going to link that on this board. Her name is Mimi Alford. Cuban dissidents say it happened during the Bay of Pigs. JFK was a liar.
She's believed to be pro-life. She did admit RvW was established law when she was a candidate for the lower court, which of course, it is. She has not said how she would rule in the high court, and cannot say. We never know, frankly.
Just curious as to how she would vote on abortion?

Potential justices do not answer questions about potential cases. If they do so, then they have to recuse themselves if such a case reaches the court.
As we all are. I'm curious how all the "conservative" judges will vote. There are indicators, but no way of knowing until the issue comes up. We may have 5 with Lagoa, we may only have 3. Hopefully Trump will get 2 more appointments in his second term.

Politicians, of all political stripes, do lots and lots and lots of grandstanding. Remember, politics is the second oldest worldly profession. As Ronald Reagan put it, “It has been said that politics is the second oldest profession. I have learned that it bears a striking resemblance to the first.”
