I haven't either, just checked the news. It's been all over the place in every story about the interview. Probably heard the comments 25 times since the interview.
Well another difference is that, as far as I know, James Comey is not part of this community. If he is, let me know and I'll say something to him directly. Also, in my opinion, men often attack women on the basis of their appearance, as if that is what is important. That is an extremely sexist thing to do. I am likely more sensitive to those kind of comments than comments toward men.

But I am glad you often come down on those insulting Trump's appearance on these boards. You've been very strong in that area.
Is that a big problem here? I haven't noticed. Do people avoid answering legitimate questions and instead attack Trump's appearance? I'll love for you to point out examples of that to me.

But your point has been noted. I will be consistent in my chastisement of people attacking both men and women on their appearance. I am frequently judged on my appearance because I am currently obese. I know that it is not a fair judgment. Thanks!

I'm wondering what happened to the Russian investigation. Remember that, ITL?
Still going strong. However, Cohen is apparently part of the Russia investigation as at least a side character since Mueller gave the team investigating Cohen some information that had been uncovered.

Who really cares if Hannity was or was not Cohen's client? It makes no difference at all.
(1) It makes a difference to the investigation of Cohen, since Cohen claims Hannity as a client that might have his attorney-client privileges violated. Since Cohen only has three clients -- and the government's case is that Cohen has an extremely limited number of clients -- it is quite relevant. Now, because Sean Hannity claims he is not a client, Cohen only has two clients. One is a Republican leader who wanted a hush agreement and payments to a women he impregnated (who aborted their child) and the other, the President of the United States who Cohen put together a hush agreement and $130,000 payment to keep her quiet about an alleged affair.
(2) It reveals how closely Sean Hannity is tied to Michael Cohen and shows that he has some real conflicts of interest when doing his opinion shows. It violates journalistic integrity not to reveal those ties, but then, most of the personalities on Fox News are not journalists.

None of which matters at all.
And certainly has absolutely nothing to do with collusion with the russians.

No evidence at all that Trump committed any kind of crime.
It's main contribution is to the never Trumpers. It fans the fires of false hope just a little more. It's salacious. That's even better.:Smile

This is much ado about nothing as the witch hunt continues.

3 pages and counting.

OK in this case I will cede - It is my opinion. However I believe time will tell that it is not I who rushed to judgement.
It's all going to come out eventually. No one can keep this under wraps for too long.

Think about it - you may be next somewhere down the line to have your fundamental rights compromised.
There is no fundamental right to privacy or attorney-client privilege if one is colluding with an attorney in criminal actions. Apparently there is some very serious evidence out there against Cohen that may or may not involve others.

You condemned an individual (by innuendo - "What does that say about the President?") before all the facts were shown.
I was asking the question in kind, since the allegation was made that Mueller was apparently enamored with Stormy Daniels. I asked for clarification of that allegation (which was not clarified) and stated what appears to be true, that Trump has a sexual relationship with Daniels since there was hush money paid to her, but apparently not to other women whom the President claims are making false accusations.

I probably should have written "allegedly", but it seems "apparent" to me. It is an opinion, but I did not claim it as fact.

We will both answer for this at the Bema.
Yes.

Actually it looks more like an act of desperation and harrassment on Muellers part.

You don't know that. Some evidence about Cohen came out of the Mueller investigation.

No evidence at all that Trump committed any kind of crime.
The media has found a lot of evidence regarding obstruction of justice, and Mueller's report has not been released yet, so your assertions are quite premature.

This is much ado about nothing as the witch hunt continues.
If you want to be like your President, you should put "witch hunt" in all caps -- WITCH HUNT!

Because it is quite relevant, even if you don't think so. Feel free not to be bothered with it any more.

Looks can be deceiving when you don't have the facts. Let's see how it plays out.

What looks desperate to me is the wailing and moaning of the President, Sean Hannity and their supporters who seem quite nervous about what might be discovered in Cohen's files/recordings.

Of course it does. And don't forget the ever hopeful never Trumpers, of which you are one.
Sure. I'm a patriotic American. I want what is best for this country. I'm assuming that you do too.

Let's root out the criminals in our midst.

Made your day.
Actually, it surprised me much more, and it's kind of funny since it exposed Hannity's lack of candor about his relationship to Cohen. It didn't make my day though.

Let's not ever lose sight of the fact that Trump's cardinal sin was winning an election fair and square.

What this is really all about is...

Poor losers.

We will. and as far as Trump is concerned, nothing will come of it.
Glad you have confidence. I hope you are not disappointed.

The media...
The President has said things on camera and written things in his tweets that show obstruction of justice. There are also a number of other well-source reports that corroborate other suspected efforts.

When the President told Lester Holt on camera that he fired Comey for the Russia investigation, you really can't scoff at the media for running the video.

Well , you see, Hannity just doesn't matter at all.

Strange that it makes you happy. Hate him too?

Wait for it......................................................:Wink

He did win the election and that's not a sin. "Fair and square?" That's not so clear. Candidate Trump proclaimed that the election was rigged until he won, so we should look carefully at what happened with all of the Russian involvement.

What this is really all about is...
It is about all of the Russian connections that the Trump campaign had and their willingness to obscure, lie and deny those contacts and financial arrangements. Then the President fired the head of the investigating agency and then told a television audience that he fired that person because of the Russia investigation.

Only a fool would ignore that.

That one is going nowhere, as well. Except in the minds of the ever hopeful never Trumpers.

Maybe, maybe not.

I said that it "surprised me" and that it is "kind of funny." The only thing that I am happy about is that things are being exposed. I like it when truth is uncovered. Truthful people appreciate having a clearer understanding of the relationships people have.

Hate him too?
No. There are only a few people I hate and none of them are national figures. And I'm working through those feelings of hatred in a long slow process.

You, and many other people here, need to get over the assumption that if someone disagrees with someone else that they "hate" them. Jumping to that conclusion about others shows something of your own attitudes.

Thanks for the entertainment.

I needed a good laugh this morning. This whole thread is a real belly buster.
