I read a good review of it somewhere but have not looked at it myself.

I have heard conflicting reviews. Some said it was good. The ones I trust said it wasn't. I think this is the one where he attacks dynamic equivalency as a translation philosophy and I heard he did a very poor job of it. Other than that I don't know.
