1) No one comes to Jesus unless drawn by the Father.
2) No one comes to Jesus unless allowed by the Father.
3) No one comes to Jesus unless given by the Father.

We are drawn by the gospel message of lovingkindness. But not all so drawn fully embrace the gospel, see for example the second and third soils of Matthew 13.

Irresistible grace is a fiction, as demonstrated by Matthew 23:13.
