On the contrary, if we were saved or damned from eternity past for all eternity, we have absolutely no opportunity for obtaining salvation, and no opportunity for losing salvation. The election has already occurred. So the answer is Yes, Predestination of Everything Invalidates the Opportunity of salvation.
