Are Hobbies and Acceptable way for Christians to Spend their Money and Time on?

My hobby is collecting gospel tracts and distributing them. I have dozens of tracts and have given out many, but still abut 5,000 in my tract library.

I like model trains, but there is no room where I live to set up a nice layout.

Currently, I am into Where's George. I stamp and enter into the WG website all the dollar bills that come my way - and then see where they end up.

That is neat, I like trains as well I just do not live where I have the space to set anything up. We have one set we use during Christmas and then it is taken down.

The wife and I are planning a trip to Germany, maybe this year. (I lived there as a young boy). Will definitely go to Hamburg to see this up close.

Hey, I came across one of your bills last summer in Houlton, Maine.
I entered it into the system when I got home and then spent it at a shop in the Gallery in Philadelphia - and haven't heard anything about it since.
What a bummer!
It had travelled from NY to Maine, to Canada, back to Maine, then to the Philly area... and now George is wandering around lost.
He might be selling illegal drugs in the city.

Other hobbies I've had included training my dogs on agility (obstacle course) at home, among other things such as Frisbee and just adding more tricks to the ones they already knew.

Well, as of recently my dog can now play patty cake. Still know how to teach tricks.
