LOl. Its Ok. I already preached at her for doing it. So now that gives him a third thing to shoot at.

While he's preparing sermons for us, let's be praying for him. He has a great love for souls/soul-winning, and that is such a good thing. But there is much to be praying for with this situation.

What everybody has said in opposition to the OP, including the above, is quite true.
However, for those timid people who have never been to the doctor, maybe it should be mentioned:
if you need to disrobe, you are left by yourself to put on a gown, the nurse comes back in and stays with the doctor.
It isn't like you stand there taking off your clothes and then sit there with nothing on.

As I listened to the message Pastor Sanderson defined nudity by the standard of having from the loins to the thigh covered. Does that mean everything else can be uncovered and a person not be nude?

I have a friend who was a doctor in our town for awhile before moving away, and some of the stories he has told me go right along with this. :eek:

It isn't a glamorous job and to say that men get in the field to look and lust after women is just ignorance.

I was hoping this thread would show up again! hee hee!

Does he know that most (maybe all) ob/gyns have a nurse present for female exams, etc.? Even my female nurse practioner has a nurse present when I go for an exam.

PastorSBC, that's definitely true.

Other than pregnant women and routine tests, the OB/GYN is going to be dealing with women who have medical problems. Somehow I doubt that would be conducive to lust.

I didn't want this to get lost in the shuffle. All of us actually talking here are elderly, LOL, and have been around a while. But if I were a teenage girl reading all this, I might be feeling queasy.
It is worth mentioning what I said above.
You have a gown on, and your modesty is respected. There are at least two med. personnel in the room.
I have had emergency C-sections, and I do mean emergency, and they were as respectful as they could be in the circumstances.

I still don't know how to debate, so bear with me, but could there also be an anlaougy that men want to be cops just to kill people under this logic?
