I see you live in Ky, good thing you are out west for if you advocated water baptism as the door to the church around the Baptist here in the eastern part of Ky you would be eaten alive. Of course it would be accepted in the "church of Christ".
Matthew, chapter 3
"11": I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:
Acts, chapter 10
"47": Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?
You don't believe the Holy Ghost baptism is still happening today?
