I read your linked article.
Here are a few excerpts and my responses:
"The doctrine of birthright citizenship and the acceptance of dual citizenship are signs that we in the U.S. are on the verge of reinstituting feudalism and replacing citizenship with the master-servant relationship."
RESPONSE: Obtaining citizenship requires something more than a claim based on one's place of physical nativity. And the vast majority have already taken those steps required (ignorantly or otherwise) to come under the jurisdiction of USA Inc. Thus, the "master-servant relationship" has already been established for the majority in USA Inc.
"The continued vitality of the nation state and of constitutional government depends on the continued vitality of citizenship, which carries with it exclusive allegiance to what the Declaration of Independence calls a “separate and equal” nation."
RESPONSE: There it is again - the fact that citizenship involves prerequisites to ensure allegiance to the forum state (i.e. USA Inc.) - and not merely a claim via place of physical nativity.
"Unless we recover an understanding of the foundations of citizenship, we will find ourselves in a world where there are subjects but no citizens."
RESPONSE: The writer has mischaracterized the issue. Ignorance is bliss - but for a season...
Are We Subjects or Citizens?
Both.
