I'm ready for Jesus to return above the earth, in the "clouds" (ie: First Heaven),
to claim His Gentile Bride and take her to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

He is here now. He lives inside me and you. We deny ourselves to become like Him, doing what He did. We are to destroy the works of the devil, not opt out. The Kingdom on earth as it is in heaven.

Really? Do you think there is all kinds of evil and sin going on in heaven as it is on earth?

No. In heaven there is no sickness. God wants to restore us to our original value, how we were created. We were created to love, and the source of love is God. Faith operates out of love and compassion. Preaching the gospel and healing the sick is our calling, to those who will believe. It will destroy the works of the devil. Yes we have a wonderful destination, but while we are here we are to do greater works praise God!

The OP asks are you looking forward to the coming of Christ and you replied that He is already here now.
Now you seem to be changing your tune, so I'm not sure what you mean.

It's not only about waiting for Him to come at the end. It's about increasing the Kingdom on earth, doing as He did. Not about getting people to say a sentence, it's about becoming Him. Sozo.

'....So that you come short in no gift, eagerly waiting for the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ.'
1 Cor 1:7 (NKJV)

'If anyone does not love the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be accursed. O Lord, come!'
1 Cor 16:22 (NKJV)

'For they themselves declare concerning us what manner of entry we had to you, and how you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God, and to wait for His Son from heaven.'
1 Thess 1:9-10 (NKJV)

'....Looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Saviour Jesus Christ.'
Titus 2:13 (NKJV)

'And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment, so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation.,
Heb 9:27-28 (NKJV)

'Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing.'
2 Tim 4:8 (NKJV)

'Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat?'
2 Peter 3:11-12 (NKJV)

The early Christians were eargerly awaiting the return of Christ. If we are to follow the example set forth before us in the Bible, then so should we be. And yes! The Lord may come at any time; we are to be ready for Him (Matt 24:44; 1Thes 5:1ff; 2Peter 3:11 etc.).

I think that plain n simple is meaning that Jesus is here now, not standing on the earth in humanly form, but rather, inside of us, the belivers. This is what I have gleaned from his posts, anyhow.

Do you think that he might return to earth at any time now?
No I am not looking for the Lord to return to earth as the next event as I believe in the rapture coming first. So no, I am looking for the rapture or just going home the natural way, death.

How is your kingdom building going? Let me know when you destroy the works of the devil. You seem to be in competition with the Lord.

I agree with you FAL, I don't plan on being here for the "second coming", I plan to be caught up in the rapture.

The second coming will happen after the Tribulation, when Jesus returns to lock up Satan and reign here on Earth for 1000 years.

I believe:

1. The rapture
2. The tribulation
3. The second coming
4. The 1000 year reign
5. The final battle
6. The restoration of the Earth like unto the Garden of Eden, and the New Jerusleum will descend from heaven to the Earth.

It is at this point in time that I believe God's will for man and for the Earth as He created in Genesis, will finally come to pass, and stay that way forever.

There's a song we sing once in a while....answers this question...
This world is not my home I'm just passing through
my treasures are laid up somewhere beyond the blue
the angels beckon me from Heaven's open door
and I can't feel at home in this world anymore

O Lord you know I have no friend like you
if Heaven's not my home then Lord what will I do?
the angels beckon me from Heaven's open door
and I can't feel at home in this world anymore

Agree with your outline, as many times when saying Second Coming, means both phases of that, pre trib rapture, then the second coming to earth!
