Is that the family structure that the Bible describes for a young woman? I think not....

The Bible says we are adopted into the family of God. Adoption is obviously something that has occurred throughout history.

Do you think adoption is not biblical? Given the choice between adoption or abortion, adoption looks like a great option.

Just because a Christian may not be able to adopt a child, it is simply untrue to say they have no “commitment” if they advise against abortion and give the woman other options.

My issue is, you seem to be saying that children born out of wedlock are worthless and Christians should have nothing to do with them.

In hindsight I see where that might be concluded. However, any reference I made to Satan's children was addressing the woman and man that produced the innocent baby.

Are well-meaning people enabling this sinful behavior to be condoned by providing for the physical needs of the mother and child with no accountability or consequences on the mother's part? What are the prospects that the child will grow into a productive, socially responsible adult? Of course, neither is there a guarantee that a child from a stable family will.

Always exceptions: Dr. Ben Carson for one.

Whether or not they will grow into a productive responsible adult should not even factor into the equation. And I don't think anyone here is advocating that there should not be consequences on the mother's part.
