Umm, your argument neglects to address the cause of the evil - which brings us back to human volition being either true or not true and that it cannot be logically both.
Likewise I could say you (better said, "your doctrine") are contradicting Rom 1:20 and Deut 32:4 as per my argument.
A botanist can detail factors such as sun, moisture, temperature, nutrients in the soil, etc. that cause grass to grow. Yet scripture clearly states that God causes the grass to grow (Psa. 104:14). Both are true. It really is that simple.
But the Bible does not say that God causes evil. I would think that simple enough to show that both good and evil being caused by God is not Truth and therefore does not support your argument over compatibilism of human volition.
God made evil...this is Bible.

Now you're ignoring Isaiah 45:7 in which God says "I create evil".
