Hi, I came across the Murrays on th t.v. one morning while channel surfing. At first their Bible study seemed pretty good, but I have noticed on their Q&A segment they seem to have some strange ideas. The church they have is called the Sheperd Chapel, do you think their Bible study course is basiclly solid.:type:

It is one of the fastest growing cults in the US, stay away from it. I used to live about 10 miles from their studio location. My good friends mother was his personal secretary for quite a few years. They are not a church as you would consider it because they believe it is against scripture to come together with the exception of their yearly weekend gathering of food and fun. They also hold to the serpent seed doctrine (which is where Satan had relations with Eve which brought forth Cain). They hold that Europeans and white Americans (which were once Europeans) are the lost tribes of Isreal and thus whites have a more prominant status with God. There is so much garbage in this mans teaching it would hard to give it all here.

I suggest stay away and share the same sentiment with others. He is only seen and heard on TV, and don't write them expecting to get information on him, his beliefs, or their standard confession of beliefs.
