Perhaps you can fill in the details for me.The officer who shot Ashli Babbitt has come forward and says “I saved countless lives.”
He thinks he’s a hero instead of a murderer.

Several hundred people breeched the halls of Congress with a joint session in progress. According LEO’s on scene, several protestors used bear strength pepper spray, clubs, iron pipes to assault LEO’s on site.
My understanding of this shooting is that a door or window was smashed that led the floor of the house where congressmen/women were still looking for escape. Ms. Babbitt was the first to attempt to crawl through and she was shot and later died.
Is that accurate?
peace to you
Moreover, she was warned, just like all of those smashing the doors and windows. We know this because you could hear the officer in the audio AND the attackers called out a warning to each other that the officer had a gun drawn. The deluded Ms. Babbitt (with a backpack) pushed through the remains of the window frame.Perhaps you can fill in the details for me.

Sorry, someone charging into a space as part of a mob smashing things with weapons (rods, bats, hockey sticks, etc.) wearing a backpack (explosives?) into a secure space after being explicitly warned IS a threat.Absolutely brilliant! As long as you ignore the fact she was unarmed and presented no immediate threat to anyone.
You are clueless and/or dishonest. It was murder.
It was completely justified.
I take it my understanding of the circumstances surrounding this shooting are accurate.Absolutely brilliant! As long as you ignore the fact she was unarmed and presented no immediate threat to anyone.
It was murder.
She was breaking and entering with the intent to commit crimes. Besides that she was collaborating with traitors trying to at minimum disrupt the constitutional duty of the House to certify a free election.Absolutely brilliant! As long as you ignore the fact she was unarmed and presented no immediate threat to anyone.
It was murder.

Whether she posed a threat or not, I’m giving the benefit of the doubt to the LEO on scene who made that decision. That is my default response, unless evidence suggests otherwise.
The crowd had a history of violence and assaults toward LEO’s. There is a long-standing clear justification for the use of deadly force by LEO’s when they face overwhelming numbers, regardless of whether the people are armed.
Since no one else attempted to crawl through the broken door/window, it is fair to say the officer saved people’s lives, though Babbitt’s death is tragic.

LEO testimony in the Jan 6 hearings, as well as video footage that supported the claims of violent acts by the crowd toward LEO’s.what was this history of the crowd? What evidence is there that this crowd engaged in that?
Well, smashing in a door/window and attempting to crawl through it wouldn’t really qualify as someone “letting you in”.never mind that they were let in by capital police.
I think the latter. The officer who shot Ashli Babbitt has come forward and says “I saved countless lives.”
He thinks he’s a hero instead of a murderer.

There are a lot of questions that need to be answered, including the accusation the capital police opened the doors for the protestors at one point. All the raw video should be released and all the “non-indicted co-conspirators” identified, especially if they worked for or were assets of FBI or intelligence agencies.
But that’s a question for another thread.

No, many, many windows and doors. But even one window is too much when a mob is breaking into a secure area to prevent the Constitution from being followed. Notice that they are smashing both windows and the glass on doors. So you are completely wrong. The people around her are being prosecuted and many are making plea deals.it was one window
You are either gaslighting (boldly lying) or are woefully uninformed. Either way, you have disqualified yourself from having anything credible to say about this.what evidence did they show
