So this commie is for real - tried to get into WP years ago but failed the medical part but guess now they will take anyone. You know, this idiot wrote in his graduation cap that communism will prevail, fool doesn't realize Che would have killed him given half the chance.
Can't post all the images, but West Point, 2BCT 10 Mtn, and the Ranger Training Brigade (where a friend has told me that this guy just failed mountain phase for the second time) have all been fielding responses to emails and social media inquiries.

The U.S. Military Academy strives to develop leaders who internalize the academy's motto of Duty, Honor, Country, and who live the Army values. Second Lieutenant Rapone's actions in no way reflect the values of the U.S. Military Academy or the U.S. Army.
As figures of public trust, members of the military must exhibit exemplary conduct, and are prohibited from engaging in certain expressions of political speech in uniform. Second Lieutenant Rapone's chain of command is aware of his actions and is looking into the matter.
The academy is prepared to assist the officer's chain of command as required.

As far as I can tell. I saw the initial stuff pop off last night. But it really gained traction today.
A number of these responses have come to me through people I've known in real life.
There has to be more to the story. He is prior enlisted and received the Combat Infantry Badge. The article I read also indicated he was entitled to wear the Ranger Tab. His enlisted assignment was to the 10/75, an all Ranger Regiment. It will be interesting to see how this unfolds.
Or prejudice of good order and discipline.
A retired RI I know told me he just failed out of Ranger school, though it appears he had passed RASP and served in the Ranger Regiment while enlisted. So he is entitled to wear the 1st Batt scroll as a combat patch.

How does that apply?

I won't quote him, as you would just use the profanity in his quotes to harass me, so I'll just say look up his quotes about Mattis, Pence, and McCain and tell me how those things are not "using contemptuous words" against three of the offices named in Article 88.
