From what I can see from this and other clips, yes the Azovs are extreme Ukrainian nationalists. And yes, they have men from the West who are neo-nazis among them. However, as one of the interviewees stated the US Army has neo-nazis in its ranks. And nobody is saying it's a nazi organization.
I understand that the Ukrainians are not all angels but if Russia wants this country he will have to defeat the good and the bad being united against him. Calling them all Nazis is merely a tactic to distract from the much bigger issues that should be the focus. This demonstrates a good example of how organized and ready the people are and what kind of force beyond their government that they may become.
