Maybe they can use those unused weigh stations to have everyone with out of state plates pull through. The back roads will be more popular as people try to evade their government. this was a trial balloon that was leaden. Sure, it was a part of the Biden administration jackboot fantasy, interstate passports were in the USSR, too but they have no constitutional grounds for this but it's not like they care about that in the first place.
