Actually not. Barr is very smart.this is what is called, game, set and match to sleepy Joe!
First, he can’t comment on active cases, so he very carefully stated that as of this time, they don’t have evidence of widespread voter fraud that could change the election results.
That doesn’t mean they don’t have any evidence or that they are not trying to verify or investigate widespread evidence of election fraud that could change the election results. That could change per investigation results.
Second, he announced that a special counsel has been appointed to investigate origins of Russian collusion story.
The second announcement is a far more important story that has been completely overshadowed by the first statement that is really a non-statement that could change tomorrow.
