You got that right, lol. Gotta keep fighting the devil, as he's always up to something. Things are still hectic here...fights have started breaking out amongst the refugees, etc, but most are just tired and weary.

I heard that my hometown Brookhaven (MS) near where Blackbird is, finally got their power back on. Maybe he'll be checking in soon.

Tater is fine too. We have received an email from her. Her house sustained some damage, but they are able to live in it.

Blackbird and family are all fine! PRAISE THE LORD!

They have water and electric but no phone.

They have downed trees and power lines but were only without water, etc. for 4 days. The hurricane hit them pretty hard.

I'm back!! Our area wasn't hit near as hard as Gulf Coast----about 2 1/2 hours south of us!!

Unbelievable what has happened to New Orleans!!
