I ask again, what is this M.E. that has now been mentioned twice in this thread?

Please note that I do not advocate this viewpoint nor do I have any respect for this pastor or this congregation's activities.

They have been regular fixtures in downtown Fort Worth for the last few years doing street preaching, although it is essentially condemnation of everyone who is not like them.

"For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through Him." - John 3:17

Wow! That Faust character is definitely riding a southbound train on a northbound track. He actually teaches saved people will be cast into hell for a thousand years?

    So much for Jesus' promises.

Faust isn't very credible and is a joke IMO. I have a different understanding of ME. But I won't hijack this thread, I would like to see a topic started on it though.

There is already a thread started on the topic here

As far as I can tell, it's still open.

Who was the guy that was a serious Star Trek fan? I think he had a Trek themed wedding.

    Leonard Nimoy?

Seriously, I don't know. Must have been before I came to the BB.

    When Memory Slips...

After realizing I had posted in a thread just last year and subsequently forgot about it, I began to wonder if some former member may be "former" only because we have forgotten who they are?

Alex Quakenbush. I was trying to remember his name. He was certainly entertaining with his pretentious manner using those polysyllabic utterances! :)
