No Fail Fudge
Ingredients
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
3 (6 ounce) packages chocolate chips
dash salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup nuts (optional)
Method
Heat milk. Stir in chocolate chips until melted (stirring constantly).
When all chips are melted remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and salt. Add nuts. Place waxed paper in pan or dish (preferably 8 by 8 by 2 inch). Pour fudge mixture into pan or dish and smooth with spatula. Set in refrigerator to cool for at least 2 hours. When cool, turn upside down on cutting board. Remove waxed paper. Cut into desired pieces.

4 c Miniature marshmallows
2/3 c Evaporated milk
1/4 c Butter or margarine
1 1/2 c Sugar
1/4 ts Salt
12 oz Semisweet chocolate pieces
1 t Vanilla
1/2 c Chopped nuts
Combine marshmallows, milk, butter, sugar and salt in
saucepan. Cook and stir until mixture comes to full
boil. Boil 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring
constantly. Remove from heat and add chocolate pieces,
beating until melted. Do not overbeat. Fold in vanilla
and nuts. Pour into greased 9-inch square pan. Chill
until firm. Makes 2 1/2 pounds
Peanut Butter Fudge

1 small jar Kraft Marshmallow Cream
3 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup chopped nuts -- optional
Combine sugar, milk, butter and cook to soft ball stage. Remove from heat
and add remaining ingredients. Beat with an electric mixer until the
mixture begins to harden. Pour into buttered 9x11 pan and cool before
cutting into squares.
