Actually, it is YOUR point that does not agree with scripture. Moses permitted elective divorce. Jesus comes and says that elective divorce is no longer allowable. He does, however, continue to permit non-elective divorce, and even cites adultery (fornication) as the exception. There can be no arguement that Jesus clearly PERMITS divorce in the case of a spouse's fornication.
