Weary and disgusted with the legal system and the FBI, two of the families have filed a suit against Hillary"'s lack of action to protect their sons in the Benghazi attack. They are also.filing for defamation of character.

Do you believe they have a chance in a civil trial, where preponderance of evidence is a lot easy to prove. I have my doubts on the negligent and lack of action issue, but I think they have tons of evidence in media clips and statements by Hillary that she felt the attack was over a film. It will be their word against hers, and should they win, it will be based on the public's lack of trust in her ability to be truthful. SECONDLY, their case would be stronger, on the negligent/lack of action if they had named Obama as one of the defendants.

So, what are your thoughts on the suits and their chances of winning a judgement against the famed Clinton machine?

Depends on how much they (the families) can afford & the quality of Legal representation they have.
