Beware Senator Ted Cruz

Be careful in your support of Senator Ted Cruz. I was taken in until I found out his key man, his father, is a Pastor connected with the Benny Hinn con-artists. I'd vote for another Mormon before voting for Cruz! I am swinging my support back to Senator Rand Paul.

Even worse he was not born in the US. He'll have dual loyalties.

If birthers are consistent he won't stand a chance. Born in Canada and his dad was born in Cuba.

Seeing how Ted Cruz savaged a good man (David Dewhurst) to win his Senate seat made me plan on never voting for the likes of him. I have little respect for that kind of politics or the politicians that allow it to happen in their campaigns.

Beware of anyone with “Senator” before their name. They may be OK, but approach with caution.

As I heard someone say: Anyone who wants the job, probably shouldn't have it....

Whenever I hear or see Cruz (hard to avoid here in Texas) I immediately have the urge to vomit.

Maybe, but I'm telling you there is just something about that guy and makes me very, very nervous.

It wouldn't surprise me to see ethics charges and an embarrassing scandal coming in his future, just that type of guy. He has made deals and those chickens have got to come home to roost sometime.

He's a political creature, like any of the others in D.C. though with a touch of Canadian citizenship:laugh:

There is nothing wrong with Cruz, The far left has begun their campaign to destroy him because he is a potential Presidential Candidate. And unfortunately there are the blind masses that will buy into any unfounded attack leveled at him.

I can't see Sen Cruz causing anything but confusion for birther conservatives. How could anyone of them support a man who is foreign born with one foreign born parent as qualifying as a natural born citizen?

After all, a whole case has been built around just such a hypothetical situation.

Those things alone would certainly not stop me from supporting him, but I don't know a whole lot about him yet.

William Slater of the Dallas News has some advice to help solve the potential dilemma on their blog site - read it HERE

I agree with Slater that the story will change to the Presidents's dishonesty about his supposed birthplace and no longer be so concerned about the birthplace or parentage.

If that's what makes you nervous, then Obama must to scare the sh** out of you.

There are lots of reasons I didn't vote for President Obama, either time. I'm scared of career politians at the highest levels. The deals that have to be made to get the money needed to run a campaign of that nature create a dangerous scratch my back atmosphere where the best interests of the country are a distant consideration to making nice with the Mr and Mrs Moneybags.
