Is there a Biblically-mandated method for Evangelism?
Could there be a Biblically faithful Christian, or church that does not do one, or more than one of the followng?
-Open-air preaching? (Jesus and Paul did it)
-Door-to-door cold-calls?
-Going out "2 by 2" doing visitation? ( I actually heard a pastor say the #1 reason the church wasn't growing was because we weren't going out "2 by 2"...I think that phrase is in the bible somewhere)
-Evangelistic outreach events?
-Going into Jewish synagogues to preach Christ as the messiah (paul did it).
-No specific Evangelism "program" but train each church member to share their faith?
-If so, how? - Stranger witnessing, relationship witnessing, "Lifestyle evangelism?
1. Are some of these more biblical, or more required than others?
2. Have any of you found an Evangelism strategy that actually involves a large percentage of your church?
