Colossians 2:11-12 NASB
and in Him you were also circumcised with a circumcision performed without hands, in the removal of the body of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ, having been buried with Him in baptism, in which you were also raised with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead.

a) And in Him - refers to after an individual's human spirit has been transferred into Christ's Spiritual body, which is also described as being spiritually baptized into Christ.

b) You were Circumcised with a Circumcision performed without hands - refers to undergoing the washing of regeneration.

c) In the removal of the body of flesh - refers to the removal of the sin burden, what God held against the individual,

d) By the circumcision of Christ - Christ's sacrifice provides the means of removal, without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sin, and accordingly, when an individual is transferred spiritually into Christ, they undergo the circumcision done without hands, the washing of regeneration, removing what God held against them, nailing it to the cross.

e) Having been buried with Him in baptism - refers to being spiritually transferred (baptized) into Christ's spiritual body.

f) In which you were also raised with Him - refers to being born anew, made alive with Christ and raised as a new creation, a spiritual child of God. 2 Corinthians 5:17.

g) Through faith in the workings of God who raised Him from the dead - refers to those who accessed God's saving grace through their faith that God resurrected Jesus from the dead, and therefore would make those He transfers into Christ, spiritually alive with Christ, rather than spiritually dead separated from God.

Galatians 5:6
For in Christ Jesus neither physical circumcision nor physical uncircumcision means anything, but faith working through love.

Believers, regardless of whether Jew or Gentile, are faithful because their love for Christ overrides their love for fleshly desires or worldly treasures.

Galatians 5:15
For neither is circumcision anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creation.

Whether physically circumcised or not, that means nothing as far as salvation. What matters is whether or not, the individual has been transferred into Christ spiritually, undergone the circumcision done without hands, resulting in being born anew as a new creation, a child of God, and heir of the kingdom.

Philippians 3:2
Beware of the dogs, beware of the evil workers, beware of the false circumcision;

The false circumcision personifies those who advocate physical circumcision because, under the new covenant, it is a totally unnecessary mutilation. An individual becomes part of the Israel of God by being circumcised spiritually.
