Major, one of Biden’s German shepherds, bites another person
"Major, one of President Biden’s two German shepherds, was involved in another biting incident at the White House this week, his second in less than a month, the White House said Tuesday. The incident involved a National Park Service employee on the South Lawn on Monday afternoon"

Which raises the question, just what sort of "more training" was he receiving?
yeah, the dogs were there, the younger one bit somebody in the WH, then they were shipped back to Delaware, now they're back and the same dog bit someone else. There are new developments in this ongoing saga:
