Biden and Dems Are Set to Abolish the Suburbs

I suppose. I can't know the author's intentions, but I can tell you I interpret his claim that Biden and the federal government is going to "abolish the suburbs" as hyperbole.

Now, do you want to address my counterpoint that the only way suburbs are in danger of the actions in the article is if they accept HUD money?

So you recant your accusation that the author wrote this to rile up the base?

I do find the NR article a little hysterical, not time to go into panic mode but this idea is nothing new - agenda 21 has been around for years, the end game is for the vast bulk of the world's population to be in large cities, with the government owning all the other land and farming it.

It is far easier to control a lot of people in a little space than to control a few people in a lot of space. Suburbs and exurbs will be much easier for cities to absorb and then those same people can be taxed up the wahzoo to support the inner city.

Dint finish my doctorate in tax savings - what are you referring to?
The maximum amount you can write off (trump reset them to a lower amount). Property taxes are much higher here than just any other place the country with the exception of California. So if my property taxes were 12K and I can only write off 10K, I eat 2K

Technically, you don't "eat $2K",it's just that you can't deduct more than $10K from property taxes on your federal return. Your property taxes are still $12K, but now you can't reduce your taxable income by as much as you could before the Trump tax cuts. Still, you are getting an income tax cut, so presumably that will help even things out.

Nope, not at all. The cost of living is still higher so now everyone is fleeing the state. But allot of the revenues are sent to other state's To fund them.

this all making NJ a challenge to live in. An even bigger challenge to maintain a community.

I file form 1040 A- didn't have to worry about all that -

If your property taxes are too high - then take that up with your state Senator.

Personally, I would like to see, NO deductions, with a low tax %.

Thus I support the Automatic Electronic Tax. Everyone pays the same low % with no deductions.

How do you do that by killing a two party political system.
If the Dem-Hydra of Progressive Leftist Totalitarianism didn't already have such a stranglehold on deep state bureaucracy, mainstream news and entertainment media, academia and public education, and half the Supreme Court, and now seek the same across the Internet, that question might make some sense.

That’s paranoid speak. How very insecure must you be to believe that people on both sides will not follow the rule of law set down by the US Constitution.

Why ... so as to insure a totalitarian oppressive government?

Very good. You just answered your own questions.

The suggestion that voting in Reps somehow kills a two party political system is ridiculous beyond paranoia. It might however, cause the other party to re-evaluate its platform, perhaps even reform it.

Nice sentiments, but until the Pelosis, Shiffs et al are gone (jailed - or whatever), there will be no reform!! Maybe BACK to being less obvious, but certainly no REFORM!!
