Four more years of George, then he stumbles, ah, says George, again. He got them all mixed up, George Bush, George the interviewer and Trump (who I'm running against). It is all right there in how he said this. VERY SAD!

It also fits in with all his other gaffes. Totally not out of character for Biden.

That is exactly what he said. Also did it appear that he recognized the error & corrected it? No. He was corrected through his earpiece. Joe the talking parrot.
