I think that you have to classify Bill Gates as an eugenicist. We thought that the defeat of Germany was the end of eugenics and we did not think that the USA would pick up the baton again and run with it.
Gates is a shadowy figure. Obviously a genius, he was not happy with the good that he did but wanted to obtain power for himself. His father was a local head of Planned Parenthood so the Gates family is very pro-abortion.
He gave money to the Galton Institute in London. Galton was a cousin of Darwin and took Darwinism and its blatant white supremacy into eugenics, a popular movement worldwide at the beginning of the 20th century. Oliver Wendell Holmes would be the most famous American advocate of eugenics and he legalized sterilization of mentally handicapped people. Today Gates is the leading eugenicist in the USA.
