It's been more than 15-years since he lived in the White House, disgraced this nation by committing adultery with Monica, and committed adultery against his wife [Hillary]...yet many in the radical nation of Islam have not forgotten or forgiven the Clinton for the spectacle and disgrace they brought upon Americans and marriage as a whole.

This is one more example of how differently people from around this world view, the Western society and its liberal, wild, loose living styles.

Maybe Americans should sit up and take notice? Maybe Americans should not be as forgetful as they are forgiving? Jus' sayin' and thinkin'???

....while I agree that this was a taunting point, I still think it is interesting that of all the things they could use to taunt her, or America, they chose that point. While it may be time to move on....this incident shows that some parts of the world have yet to move on!

You have some GREAT opinions on almost everything, brother, so why don't you send a letter to the editor of Hundustantimes and tell them it is time to move on? It is easy to tell me, but your true stance for history to move beyond this issue would be you writing them and giving them an ear full!

I am appointing you to represent your opinion and views and make them known through a letter to the papers editor. I'd love to see what kind of response you receive from those folks in Africa? :thumbs:

Sadly, America is reaping the consequences of her loose living. It is evidenced around us. No longer do we maintain pride in our distiniction as a nation which include a Christian foundation, integrity, patriotism, and ethics. We compromise on so many issues and choose to accept everyone as he is.

We embrace the muslims or at least agree to friendly coexistance. How are Americans so blind to their actual intentions? Oh, please. These protesters weren't shouting, "Monica, Monica" at Hillary because they had any righteous indignation over any past immorality of her husband. They were hurling Monica's name as a offensive weapon of insult - not a defensive protection of morality.

Call me cynical, but nobody gives crap what Bill Clinton did 15 years ago in that office with Monica. Not those Egyptians today and not Americans then. Oh - we feigned a little pout over the fact that he lied about it to our faces and we huffed and puffed about it over the water cooler and the Sunday School table, but other than that we did nothing and he bore no penalty - politically, personally, legally, or otherwise - because we never insisted that he did. Largely, America's only response was to snicker about it like junior high children and to burst the doors open into making oral s*x with an unmarried partner something that is the hallmark of being cool, hip, enlightened, and mature - even to the point where every school teacher in America, public, private, homeschool, and Christian alike, can tell you that oral s*x among teenagers is their "high water mark" of maturation in junior high and high school. And it started with Bill Clinton and his "free pass". The message that American youth receieved was - if the president could do that with an unmarried partner and bear no penalty - then it must not be immoral.

America paid a price for what he did. But he didn't. And won't.

Monica still gets called names - as evidenced in this thread - and Bill Clinton still gets called "Mr. President".

And these protesters don't care about anything he did. They just used what they thought was an effective tool to insult Hillary for insult's sake - not righteousness' sake.

I don't get it. She was the one who got cheated on. Why would they be taunting her for that? This just seems like they needed some way to make a cut at her because of her CURRENT work with the Obama Administration.
