I am not surprised that so many on the BB do not know there is a difference in the meaning of the "N" word in the white community vs. the black community.

This is not surprising to me for those folk who live outside the South. I am a bit surprised that no one from the South has not mentioned this before.

It was said in a moment of great disappointment. If he had called me that word at that moment I would have laughed knowing his real meaning.

Yep Wisconsin finally went cold against Duke tonight. Duke had some pretty tough defense.

Yeah. Electric guitar is my main one. I play a few others. I play bar band music mostly. Johnny Cash, Tom Petty, ZZ Top. I've played on a few recordings and have some original music of my own. But nowadays it's just weddings, bars, that kind of stuff. I stay pretty busy between the job and music on the weekends.

Played a wedding a few weeks ago that had a lesbian couple as the nuptials. I've never played for worse tippers. You think all that disposable income would mean more money in the tip jar but not these cheapskates. Give me a cowboy wedding anyday. Those folks know how to thank you.
