A Black Lives Matter activist who operates a social justice charity was arrested last month on charges of sex trafficking a 17-year-old girl.

Charles Wade co-founded Operation Help or Hush in the aftermath of the Aug. 2014 police shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo. The group claims it helps raise funds for the needy and provide food and shelter for activists.

But according to a police report obtained by TheDC, the 33-year-old Wade was raising money in more explicit ways.

He was arrested on April 25 at a motel where he resided in College Park, Md. Police say he was using the motel room to pimp a 17-year-old girl.

As much as I have a distaste for the BLM crowd, I have to point out that a few bad apples is not representative of the bunch. There have been pastors that are considered to be leaders of Christianity and Baptists that have fallen into sin, but it doesn't mean that all Christians and Baptists are bad.

I disagree with the BLM crowd (not with their intended message, but withy their actual message and delivery), but I won't hold them to a different standard than I hold my own Christian denomination.

You act like I have to say that former Republican House Speaker Dennis Hastert molested young boys at his school and that should implicate all Republicans.

Or that I have to say something like Donald Trump is a twice adultering, philandering, lying, sociopathic, narcissistic, ties to the mob, pretentious little shell of a man and all those who support him are equally vile less than human myrmidons.

But see, I'm not gonna do that.

Sapper Woody has got this covered.Biggrin

Kinda sad that a faux journalist was out looking for a story like this just so that he could stick BLM at the head of the tag.

Shall we go down the list of crimes committed by folks associated with the GOP or the Tea Party.

Tea Party activist Jerry Delemus arrested fro crimes against the US Government. I'm not gonna mention how he's affiliated with the Tea Party. But I'm just gonna put it at the front of my story because I know it incites people.Wink

SNIP With what part of me having a hard afternoon at the gym do you disagree?O O

Or maybe it's the "I'm spent" part with which you disagreed.

Or was it the "LOL"?Cautious

Don't tell me that you're one of those childish people who disagrees with any statement that has my name next to it without reading it? Grown people don't do stuff like that.Confused

You're comparing apples and oranges brother.

Their actual message is their intended message, there is no distinction - Matthew 12:34; Isaiah 32:6; 1 Samuel 24:13.

Today, when asked what he thinks of the emergence of Black Lives Matter, he passionately says “it really means black lies matter.”

Says a former black panther leader.

Awww, now we're getting those "racist" Black Panthers to support ya cause, huh? Guess they are only racists when they speak against your POV.Biggrin

But once again, in the illustrious words of Malcolm X:
https://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Martin_Luther_King
If Martin Luther King, Roy Wilkins or any of these compromising Negros who say exactly what the white man wants to hear is interviewed anywhere in the country you don't get anybody to offset what they say. But whenever a black man stands up and says something that white people don't like then the first thing that man does is run around to try and find somebody to say something to offset what has just been said. This is natural but it is done.

“By any means necessary.”
— Malcolm X

And now your criticisms of Trump and all your righteous-speak are revealed to be the mere bilgewater that I said they were.
