Sigh, I dont understand why it is constantly necessary to explain basic things. Fox news simply reported what the people involved said, as I have shown.

In this case, I'm not sure it would matter. Privately owned or not, it's open to the public and the rules clearly state...
" No person or organization using the Park may discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion or disability."
I would assume that applies to the park owners as well.

Yea I get that but we someone who is using misinformation to attribute to Fox, that which belongs to those who Fox reports about.
Probably thinks CNN can do no wrong.
