Are you saying that the following passage is only in regard to Adam and Eve and no one else?:
"But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this age hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them" (2 Cor.4:3-4).
You just keep on playing your silly games! You know fully well that such blindness occurred in Adam at the fall and it is part of the fallen human nature exhibited from birth as children must be restrained from doing evil by NATURE!
There in nothing in this passage and nothing in the context that even hints that Adam and Eve are in view![/QUOTE
Did you read verse 6? Paul takes us back to Genesis 1:3 BEFORE Adam and Eve in describing the fallen nature and how it is regenerated.
Again, Calvinism teaches that a person comes out of the womb blind to the gospel. So how would it be possible for Satan to blind people who are already blind?
Again, blindness of human nature occurred at the fall and that state of death was immediately passed down because all humanity are derived from the same human nature that fell in Adam. They have already sinned by representation when he sinned. They are already "dead" when he died because all of human nature was contained in Adam and acted when Adam acted.
Common sense can look at infants and tell that as soon as they are capable of expression they express anger, wrath, selfishness, stubborness, deceit, etc., etc. NORMALLY and NATURALLY and you can deny it, you can justify it by saying it is done in ignorance, they are not held accountable, anger is not anger, wrath is not wrath, selfishness is not selfishness, but the fact is infants come from the womb with a nature that expresses these things without training, without rational decision and must be restrained by Parental discipline!
