Would you fly in the Boeing 737 MAX?

After 2 serious crashes due to a software fault, the Boeing 737 MAX has been grounded throughout the world.
It seems that Boeing thinks a change in their top management will mean they will be able to get it to fly again.
But would you fly in it?

Yes. The main issue with the two planes are from little airlines who decided they did not need certain equipment onboard the jet. That equipment has now been made mandatory.

Yes, I would fly in the 737 Max that had been modified according to the findings of the accident investigations.
Basically the AOA protection system was single failure prone (thus an incompetent design) and calls into question their design review process. They have moved the org chart boxes, as if rearranging the chairs will fix the inability to properly review design changes.

Dumping the CEO is a political move, to obtain regulator approval.

Recall the Exxon Valdez spill, a new and not well understood system shifted the focus so they ran into the rock. Same problem, Design changes can outdistance the competence envelope of the operators, and after the fact we can fix a specific problem (as with the 737 Max) but the real root cause will remain, our poor performance at teaching old dogs new tricks.
