Some conspiracies have some backing. Others are just connections and coincidences that are tied together to form a net of misunderstanding. I'm not going to scoff at all conspiracy theorists, because some can be true.

But I can see the difference between a lie and a conspiracy.

1) How were the samples collected and taken out of the area?
2) How were they tested, and by whom?
3) When labs release findings, they do it in the form of a short report (a few pages). Where is this report?

If we can find answers to these that back up the claims, it will make for a good conspiracy. Until then, it's "UNCONFIRMED".

It does appear that there was a lot of false hype in the ealry days - like "thousands of dead" when now there are a little over 200.

Media have to sell a story and make the news dramatic, the more dramatic the better.

Government people are no slouches when it comes to hyping stories and threats either. The media then laps it up and runs with it. The people long conditioned to believing everything the government and media foment like obedient servants eagerly hand over control, treasure and even blood to whoever claims to be able to save us from the monsters under our beds.
