I take 500-1000mg of vitamin c plus, I spare 1 hour for meditation. I often eat fruits and vegetables and ensure too that I get enough sleep.

I have no evidence to support this notion, but I feel that regular flossing could help maintain a healthy immune system. Bacteria accumulate between the teeth which I think could lower the body's resistance to infection. Smelling the used floss after a long absence from flossing will make you wonder.

I am taking 2000 mg to 3000 mg of Sodium Ascorbate with Zinc and lots of water, have enough sleep, and worry less. :D
