Yeah, I was wondering how this ethanol base could be effective like isopropyl but apparently ethyl alcohol in pure form works well for cleaning but isn't normally used because it is highly regulated and has to be denatured so that people will not drink it.

I can't always make it to sink after the chance of being exposed such as opening a door to a store, or using a gas pump and heading back into my Jeep after. Then there is the issue of using a contaminated sink and turning off the water with a contaminated handle after washing your hands.
