:( Hope you were sitting down for that. He's taking it as a prophylactic (preventative). Very serious situation we have now. Yes, many hospital frontline workers are taking it, but it's just, there's no, you know, it's just so dangerous. I means, yes, no proof its dangerous over decades of use, but, you know.....

Sorry I had to be a bad news bearer.

Dr. Marc Siegel at Fox is awesome and seems to disagree with Cavuto. Defends Prez and his Doc.

Fox News host Neil Cavuto refutes Trump on hydroxychloroquine: 'It will kill you'

Apples to orangutans. Some frontliners are taking it. Trump decides to take it by prescription after discussing with his physician. Trump notes it has been successful treating COVID-19 when used by competent doctors.

These apes adopt the idiotic Orange Man Bad attitude as though Trump is self-prescribing or advocating it, without concern for other factors or proper medical procedure, even without a doctor present. Wait, what? At least they weren’t politicizing (deapan sarcasm).

With apologies to apes, especially orangutans.

Cavuto should try drinking (snip) for whatever ails him. Muhammed PBUH says it is the only thing for everything.

OTOH, Fox manages to churn the waters, create an atmosphere of conflict, keeping the news “lively” yet in-house. And how often do they matter-of-factly cut off “guests” before they’ve had their say, then close by saying they hope to have them back for further discussion? (And I don't mean Tucker.) Gotta milk these stories. :Wink

Just face it. Trump is an expert at making the heads of his haters explode.

Dumbest over reaction in at least the last 24 hours. :Roflmao

You are correct!

I think that Americans are high-minded and ever learning and never coming to the truth.

2 Timothy 3:1-7 (KJV) This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

Fox Business will never admit that they broadcast false medical information. Do they even have a medical science reporter at Fox Business Network?
Hmmm....
Cavuto's health challenges are daunting and have unfolded almost in sync with each new phase in his career. He received a diagnosis of Hodgkin lymphoma just months before his start at CNBC two decades ago. He was told he had multiple sclerosis the year after joining Fox News as one of its original anchors. A decade later — the same year that Fox Business launched with Cavuto as managing editor — doctors informed him that his MS was progressive. Which is to say the disease would advance and take an increasing toll on his body.

Oh, I didn't know all that about Cavuto and his illnesses. I have seen him a few times but I cut the cable a year and a half ago because I could not afford it any longer. I thought that he was a straight newsman. I guess I saved my energy for Lou Dobbs, whom I still like but never see. I liked Maria Bartiromo, also. Nowadays I think that Fox has competition from OAN and Newsmax.

I saw him reading a list of various articles about hydroxychloroquine but I thought that his problem was that he was listing evidence that he did not understand because the world leader on this subject is Didier Raoult, a specialist in infectious diseases, and he himself led the world to the use of this medicine.

I know you are going to quote Bill Whittle and say that orange medicine bad.

So what do you think about Muhammad PHUH advising the drinking of camel urine for all illnesses?

I don’t watch fox... very rare I watch any news programming.
Watching news programming is entirely counterproductive. What you want are all the snippets edited to hide the truth along with the ensuing commentary. That’s where the real entertainment lies. Thankfully, that’s pretty much what most so-called news programs amount to, and always have. Perhaps that’s why they call it news “programming.” :Wink

Make is right. High tension, hair trigger. With the least little tweak, Trump has them going ballistic. When seen from the right angle, it can be beautiful to behold. :Thumbsup
