BREAKING: Supreme Court Backs ‘Strict Enforcement’ of Trump Travel Ban

The Supreme Court backed President Trump on Wednesday, allowing strict enforcement of his ban on refugees and immigrants seeking to enter the United States from six Muslim-majority nations until the court hears oral arguments later this year.

While defending the President's executive order, the justices did decide to keep a lower-court’s ruling in place, permitting grand-parents and other relatives to enter the US if they can prove “substantial relationships” with those already residing in the country.

The decision was a harsh rebuke to Hawaii’s U.S. District Judge Derrick Watson

Of course. It was never in doubt. Left wingers are intellectually incapable of acting as judges.

There should be immediate and secret retribution against the lower courts who blatantly legislated from the bench.

Another Trump promise kept.

I also liked the way he upbraded the Senate for failing (so far) on repealing Obamacare, telling them not to go home for the August recess and that he's got his pen ready to sign the repeal/replace bill.

He is keeping his promises. He will sign it if the RINOS can ever get him a bill to sign.

It allowed the district court ruling to stand in its expansion of relatives who may be granted a visa, although it dismissed the part of the order that would allow visas for those already working with settlement agencies. That matter will go back through the appeals court.

Doesn't seem it was a "harsh rebuke" to the Hawaii judge.

Praise God!
I knew the activists on the appeals court would be defeated. They have no right to try and interfere with the national security our president is entitled to enforce per the U.S. Code.
God bless our president and vice president and their families. And may God keep America and our people safe from all enemies, foreign and domestic.
Amen.
