    How do they know who I'm talking to? If I recall the tapped the lines of "suspected" in addition to "known" terrorist. What qualifies one as a "known" terrorist and who checks to make sure you meet the conditions? What is to stop them from adding anyones name to the list they feel they want to monitor?

    I still think the Constitution is sound where it says they must present their case before a judge BEFORE tapping a line. I believe that check and balance is there for a good reason.
