    yes to open questions in business meeting.

    no to this guys raise. he already makes too much and it has affected his thinking (and the churches). the conversation on what the church "pays" him sounds too secular.

    you mentioned he said he would not be respected as leader if he got paid less. Must be why Paul was not respected. He was not paid enough.
