He did, in original creation state, bu tthe falls of satan/Adam removed that off the the table for consideration!

That is your opinion, and an un-provable one I would charge. Prove from the Scripture that Adam lost his freewill in the garden. Why did God have to block Adam from the tree of life IF IT BE SO that Adam had no desire for that tree nor the freedom to take of it and eat?

??? how do you come up with that. Your scenario says Christ died for all the sins of men except unbelief and then declare this means Christ did not dies for the sins of anybody. Is that double speak or what?



But there is that little problem found in the scriptures, when John says Christ died for the sins of the "whole" world.
