In your view....kill the babies or don't tell them about Jesus....safe in heaven either way...

Now you are just being ridiculous, we are forbidden to kill anyone, but especially babies.

And do you know what God called babies that were sacrificed to idols? Let's see:

Eze 16:20 Moreover thou hast taken thy sons and thy daughters, whom thou hast borne unto me, and these hast thou sacrificed unto them to be devoured. Is this of thy whoredoms a small matter,
21 That thou hast slain my children, and delivered them to cause them to pass through the fire for them?

God said the Jews had taken their children which they had born "UNTO ME" and sacrificed them to idols.

God said they have taken "MY CHILDREN" and caused them to pass through the fire.

But you fellas will all say that you don't care what the Bible says, you only care what your hero John Calvin and all his cronies taught.

I agree. The focal point is Jonah, and not Ninevah. But, did you know ~120,000 infants didn't need to repent?

lol....yes, I know what you're saying bro but I am not willing to engage in that debate, it's not been fruitful and I won't engage...some believe truth...some do not

In your view...babies are sinless and Christ is sinless...both on par with each other...

You know, you can push back with these ignorant emotional rebuttals all you want. But until you refute with some scripture, you shouldn't be taken seriously.

Get in the word, brother. If he's wrong, scripture will be on your side. Demonstrate your point with the power of God's word, and not the mindless ramblings of empty philosophy.

Too many people are emotionally offended when something upsets their doctrinal psyche

They can't accuse me of twisting or warping scripture, because I'm not. They can read the scripture as well as me.

They never argue that I misinterpret scripture. Oh, they will say I misinterpreted it, but they will not say HOW.

It is like Inspector Javert said. I am arguing scripture, they are arguing Calvinism. They say I am wrong, not because they can prove I interpret scripture wrong, but because my interpretations of scripture clearly refutes Calvinism and they KNOW it.

They know the Word of God refutes Calvinism, but they love Calvinism MORE.

Oh, 'they've' shown you and 'how' many, many, many times.

You're fabricating and making pretense at this point. According to you you've NEVER been refuted, and such a remark is quite scary -- it implies you are always right.

You have NEVER refuted the scripture I show. In fact, you used to argue the very same scripture, but somehow you have forgotten that.

Your only argument is that I must be wrong, because I do not agree with Calvinism. That's a horrible argument.

Like James said, show some scripture that refutes me. I'll be waiting.

I'm just tired of your gross negligence of handling God's word...

Brothers Aaron and Luke2427 pegged you correctly....

Aaron....you're the very example of why the RCC tried to keep laypeople from having the word..

Luke2427...you are as dangerous to a church with a bible in your hands as a terrorist with an envelope of anthrax....

Killfire.....

Show me right now where I am wrong. Did Jesus speak of 99 just persons who need no repentance?

Did Jesus speak idle words? Did Jesus speak nonsense? Why would Jesus tell us of the elder son who never transgressed his father's commandment at any time if such persons do not exist?

Luk 15:29 And he answering said to his father, Lo, these many years do I serve thee, neither transgressed I at any time thy commandment: and yet thou never gavest me a kid, that I might make merry with my friends:

See, the difference between me and you Calvinists is that I believe what the Word of God says, even if it is not conventional or "orthodox".

You fellas on the other hand place Calvinism above scripture. Whenever you run into scripture that refutes Calvinism (like much of the scripture I have shown you in this very thread) you either completely ignore it, or you twist or redefine it to fit Calvinism. Calvinism is your authority, not scripture.

If that makes you mad, tough, it is absolutely true.

Of course we can.

That's a typical winmanism. It shows how low you regularly go. What did you learn during your suspension from the BB winman?

So the Calvinists here, according to your hate-driven lines are dishonest --that's our underpinning per your sayso. Because winman says we don't love God and His Holy Word it must be true. Or could it be --just thinking out loud here --that you are making asinine assertions because you can't convert us to your admittedly unorthodox interpretation of Scripture?

It's the latter. Add to that he hardly has ever interpreted Scripture, he only states what it says then struggles unremittingly as to what it actually means. '99 need not repent because Jesus said' -and- 'Even a dog has faith'. I hope he's out preaching to canines so they can discern his error from truth which would be no major feat. :godisgood:

Well, you can Rippoff, but it would be a lie.

That Calvinists are despicable and call others "Satan"

When it comes to God's Word, or Calvinism, you guys will pick Calvinism EVERY TIME. No doubt about it, you do it constantly. I don't know if it is dishonest, maybe you just can't see yourselves the way you are. But Calvinism is your authority, not the scriptures.

Well....in your view, faith is not a gift of God, it comes from sinners....they can justify themselves...

In your view, repentance is not a gift of God, it comes from sinners...

In your view, babies need no repentance...no blood of Christ needed....

You aver you're not an Arminian, to which the Arminians shouted, "Hallelujah and amen!!!"
